GUIDELINES

Please notify us 24-hours in advance if your plans change. If you are calling after business hours, please stay on the line and our answering service will take your message. Please leave your name, date & time of appointment, service being canceled and a phone number we may reach you at.

If services are cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice and we are unable to fill the appointment time from our waiting list, you will be charged the value of the services scheduled.

Sanctuary requires new guests to secure their reservation with a credit card or gift card.

A credit card or gift card will be required when reserving two or more services.

 

SANCTUARY SERVICE GUARANTEE

In the event you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy!

Guests having hair color services must use Aveda home care products to ensure their color results. We will be happy to schedule you with a corrective service within 2 weeks at no charge.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, we will happily give an exchange or a store credit if it is returned with your receipt.

For your information:

  • Gratuities are not included in the service pricing.

  • Complimentary consultations are available for all services.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • No refunds are given on gift certificates.

  • Gift cards must be presented at time of service.

 
SPA ETIQUETTE

When visiting the spa, arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you would like to enjoy the complimentary steam room, arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. To accommodate every guest at Sanctuary, arriving late may shorten appointment times.

Sanctuary provides you with everything you need for your service. Our locker rooms have individual lockers for you to use during your visit. We recommend that you leave valuables at home.

If you are having a facial or other spa services, consider adding a shampoo and blow dry to your day. We offer special prices for spa guests.

Please advise the staff of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service. Your health and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. We reserve the right to reschedule waxing or pedicure appointments if the service may pose a threat due to existing skin or nail conditions.

You may wear undergarments or swimwear during spa treatments if you prefer, but it is not necessary. Our spa therapists are trained to drape any part of the body not being treated. If you are having a Body Polish, we recommend not shaving 24 hours prior to your service.

  • We do not allow the use of cell phones in our spa.

  • Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the spa.

  • Children in the salon not receiving services must be supervised by an adult.
