- Exfoliate the day before with cherry almond body scrub for gentle exfoliation.
- Exfoliate the day after and twice a week thereafter to avoid ingrown hairs.
Waxing Guidelines
- Hair needs to be about 1/4 inch long and no longer than 1/2 inch.
- If sensitive, take an anti-inflammatory before waxing for comfort.
- Never wax if you are taking Accutane.
- Inform your esthetician if using Retin-A or acne control products.

Our Guarantee
If you aren't happy, we aren't happy! Please let us know if you are unsatisfied with your service. Products may be exchanged or returned for store credit with a receipt.
Spa Etiquette
Arrive 15 minutes early (30 minutes if using the steam room). Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times. We provide lockers, but recommend leaving valuables at home. Cell phone use is not permitted in the spa.
Children
Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa area.
Health and Comfort
Please advise us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your service. Professional draping is used for your privacy; undergarments are optional. We recommend not shaving 24 hours before a Body Polish.
Cancellations
Please notify us 24 hours in advance if your plans change. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be charged the full value of the service if we are unable to fill the appointment. Prepayment is required for all spa bookings.
