When visiting the spa, please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you would like to enjoy the complimentary steam room, arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. To accommodate every guest at Sanctuary, arriving late may shorten appointment times.
Sanctuary provides you with everything you need for your service. Our locker rooms have individual lockers for you to use during your visit. We recommend that you leave valuables at home.
If you are having a facial or other spa services, consider adding a shampoo and blow dry to your day. We offer special prices for spa guests.
Please advise the staff of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service. Your health and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. We reserve the right to reschedule waxing or pedicure appointments if the service may pose a threat due to existing skin or nail conditions.
You may wear undergarments or swimwear during spa treatments if you prefer, but it is not necessary. Our spa therapists are trained to drape any part of the body not being treated. If your experience includes the Vichy Shower, please remove undergarments or bring swimwear, as this is a wet spa treatment. If you are having a Vichy Shower Body Polish, we recommend not shaving 24 hours prior to your service.
