Client Promise

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if your plans change. If you are calling after business hours, please stay on the line and our answering service will take your message. Please leave your name, date & time of appointment, service being canceled and a phone number we may reach you at.

If services are cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice and we are unable to fill the appointment time from our waiting list, you will be charged half the value of the services scheduled.

Sanctuary requires new guests to secure their reservation with a credit card number or gift card. A credit card or gift card will be required when reserving two or more spa services.

Sanctuary Guest Cancellation Guarantee

If we must cancel your service with less than a 24 hour notice due to a technician illness or other unforeseen circumstance, we will give you a credit for half the value of your scheduled service. The credit must be used on the same service and rescheduled within 4 weeks of the original appointment date.

Sanctuary Service Guarantee

In the event you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours. Color services are guaranteed for 7 days after the service. Guests must use Aveda home care products to ensure their color results. There are no money refunds for services; however, we will be happy to schedule you with a corrective service within 2 weeks.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, we will happily give a store credit if it is returned within 14 days with your receipt.
